Was a very nice hotel, location was superb
I could not get the internet to work in the hotel
It was a good location for our business in the area.
The fact that the room information stated breakfast was available until 11am on Saturday & Sunday. Having read this information we arrived at 10.30 for breakfast to be received by a waitress who was not too happy to see us, She was abrupt and told us to serve ourselves quickly as she was clearing off everything,as breakfast was over. I did tell Reception and the girl said that the time had been changed, yet it wasn't changed in the guest room. Not a nice "Good Morning".
staff at check especially the man at 4.30 on wed 27th july were courteous and most helfful
no meals at night but excellant food to be had in village
good value, good quality hotel. Great location. Pleasant staff. Nice big room-loved the bathroom design!
I got bed bugs after staying in the hotel for one night. I sent the hotel a mail about it 5 days ago and have yet to get a response. The breakfast was really poor, tinned fruit, carton juice, the fry up was cheap meats and the eggs were so salty I couldn't eat them. The tea and coffee was stewed.
The hotel was clean, modern and unfussy and had everything we needed for an overnight stay including free parking.
The location was a little far out of Galway for us.
The rooms were spotless and the staff and facilities were fantastic. the price was also great.
Nothing was particularly outstanding except the helpful staff
Hotel looked rundown from outside. Interior looks cheap. Breakfast was limited and basic. Exterior carpark and surrounding area was used by teenage drinkers and I was worried about my car. I moved it to underground park but there were teenagers drinking there . I informed staff and drinkers were gone a short time later. Room was okay. I would rate hotel 2 star and was dissappointed.
Comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Various items in the room did not work, the hairdryer, the sink and standard lamp did not work. The staff moved us rooms but we had booked a double room and got a twin room. More soundproofing required, can hear the people in the next room. A good base for staying overnight.
Staff seemed very busy so service suffered
My stay was an excellent experience, very friendly staff, nice comfortable surroundings and good food.
Such friendly staff, the hotel felt so warm and homely.
The Beds are comfortable, and clean, staff nice.
Little staff on breakfast so if its anyway busy you could be a while waiting.
hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Great location fo Oranmore
car parking downstairs very dark and dreary. no atmosphere in the bar.
easy access to Galway by public transport
The hotel bar needs something
